Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in a retail beauty environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a growing guest base.
• Greet and engage guests, recommend products, and demonstrate makeup techniques.
• Provide makeup demonstrations, applications, and skincare analyses to guests.
• Stay informed about promotions and MAC brand initiatives.
• Support in-store events and maintain store standards.
