Job summary

Ulta Beauty MAC Specialty Artist is responsible for maximizing sales of the MAC brand by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding selections while maintaining store standards. You will support the Experience Manager and collaborate with brand partners to drive sales and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and guest loyalty.
• Provide makeup demonstrations, applications, and skincare analyses.
• Stay informed on promotions and in-store events within the MAC and Ulta Beauty brands.
• Maintain store standards, assist with merchandising and replenishment.
