Job summary

Ulta Beauty MAC Specialty Artist is responsible for maximizing MAC brand sales by engaging guests, performing makeup applications and lessons, and maintaining store standards. You will build an active guest base, stay informed on trends, and support brand events while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires professional makeup artistry, strong guest service, and knowledge of MAC and Ulta Beauty products, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Flex schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to attend brand trainings.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Greet guests with personalized service and recommendations.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain store and MAC standards, training, and events.
