Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and related store targets.
• Build and maintain an active guest base and follow up on inquiries.
• Offer personalized makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, and lessons to meet brand standards.
• Stay informed on promotions, events, and new trends relevant to MAC and Ulta Beauty.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish tests, and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Participate in trainings and in-store events to drive MAC brand sales.
