Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist for the MAC brand to maximize cosmetic sales and deliver exceptional guest service in-store. You will perform makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, and personalized consultations while upholding brand standards.

The role requires professional makeup artistry skills, strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge. You will participate in events, promotions, and brand trainings to grow MAC sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and active guest contact.
• Greet guests, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products/services.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations, applications, skincare analyses, and product demos to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.
• Stay informed on promotions and brand initiatives to drive sales and guest engagement.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
