Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• Strong sales, product knowledge, and guest service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests and preferred client lists.
• Provide makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons per MAC/Ulta standards.
• Stay informed on product trends and benefits to assist guests.
• Assist with in-store events, appointments, and promotions.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and inventory control.
