Ulta Beauty, a leading beauty retailer, is seeking a MAC Artist to maximize sales and engagement within the MAC brand. You will perform personalized makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, and product recommendations while upholding store standards and brand guidelines.

The role requires professional makeup artistry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge across Ulta Beauty and MAC. Candidates should embrace brand events and ongoing training to grow sales.

Responsibilities

• Maximize MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and assist guests with personalized makeup applications and lessons.
• Demonstrate makeup techniques and skincare knowledge to guests.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and replenishment in MAC area.
• Attend required brand trainings and contribute to events and promotions.
• Build and maintain an active MAC client base and book appointments.
