Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Artist for MAC to maximize brand sales and deliver expert makeup artistry. You will engage guests, recommend products, and demonstrate applications that showcase MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.

The role requires strong guest service, trend knowledge, and the ability to participate in trainings and in-store events to grow MAC brand sales and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Willingness to participate in trainings and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with an active guest base.
• Provide exceptional service: greet guests, personalize recommendations, and suggest products.
• Conduct makeup demos, applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to MAC/Ulta Beauty standards.
• Stay informed on promotions, trends, and brand initiatives; participate in events.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events; drive sales goals.
• Maintain prompt attendance and adhere to brand dress code.
