Job summary

JLL in Seattle seeks an Associate MAC (Moves, Adds & Changes) and Events Manager to coordinate daily MAC work orders and assist with scope and schedule for moves.

You will manage project documentation, support planning meetings, and collaborate with relocation, facility, and construction teams. A high school diploma is required; 2+ years in related roles and CAD/CAFM experience are preferred. This is an on-site role in Seattle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years as Facility Coordinator or Relocation PM Coordinator in corporate real estate.
• 1 year on an Events Team; proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Experience with CAD/CAFM technology and move management modules; familiarity with CRE industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily MAC work orders and assist with scope and schedule for moves.
• Handle project documentation, meeting minutes, agendas, and reports.
• Review and edit documentation created by the Project Coordinator.
• Assist with close-out reports, lessons learned, and client surveys; maintain documentation on SharePoint.
• Coordinate planning meetings with client, relocation manager, occupancy planning, and stakeholders.
• Support project plan and budget with relocation, facility, and construction teams.
