Quantam Solutions provides IT solutions and consulting for various clients. We offer competitive hourly wages, health benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. We are currently seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant.
The selected candidate will work as a member of the Platform Engineering team (PE). The Consultant’s purview will include consultations, trainings, and guiding modernization for our client’s M365 platform. This includes SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Power Apps and related applications. It does not include Office Desktop apps (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
This role is expected to regularly meet and consult with clients to determine viable solutions to their issues.

This role will also serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on project teams when needed.
PE is a team of talented engineers with diverse experiences and backgrounds. The Consultant will be expected to become an active, supportive member of this team. That includes attending all team meetings and activities, supporting the team’s efforts to adopt DevOps principles, curating a document library for solutions supported by the team, leading knowledge transfers and team-internal trainings, discussing and recommending team metrics, mentoring more junior members of the team, and working with all members of the team as needed.
