Job summary

A leading technology services provider is seeking a dedicated IT support specialist. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining SOP documentation, handling incidents and service requests, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft 365 Suite, PowerShell, and a solid understanding of security compliance. • Create and maintain SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests, including advanced diagnostics and issue resolution
• Create and manage Microsoft Support tickets

Power Platform

• Support and troubleshoot Power Automate flows and Power Apps
• Assist with deployment across multiple environments (Dev / Test / Prod)
• Manage access permissions and ownership for Power Platform solutions
• Create and manage Power BI workspaces

Security & Compliance

• Provide advanced support for login and access issues
• Manage Microsoft 365 security groups and review license assignments
• Monitor sign-in logs and audit logs
• Review and validate Microsoft Defender security policies

Microsoft Teams

• Troubleshoot issues related to chat, meetings, and contact synchronization
• Manage permissions, guest access, and perform basic configuration tasks

SharePoint Online

• Support site owners with:
• Permissions management
• Site structure
• Workflow integrations using Power Automate

Exchange Online

• Diagnose and resolve:
• Mail flow issues
• Mailbox access issues
• Manage:
• Mailbox permissions
• Shared mailboxes

Automation & Scripting

• Use PowerShell scripts for administrative and automation tasks
