Job summary

Partnership HealthPlan of California is seeking a Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer to manage and optimize the organization’s cloud workspace. You will administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Defender for M365, and Azure Active Directory while implementing security, identity, and governance controls.

You will monitor service health, manage licenses, and collaborate with cybersecurity, helpdesk, and network teams.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3–5 years hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments in mid to large organizations
Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure Active Directory

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Defender for M365, and Azure Active Directory
Design, implement, and maintain M365 configurations for security, compliance, and identity management (conditional access, DLP, MFA)
Monitor service health, licensing, and tenant settings for performance and availability
Configure endpoint management using Intune (MDM, Windows Autopilot)
Provide Tier 3 support for escalated M365 issues and document procedures
Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams on identity governance and secure collaboration
Assist in planning platform updates, feature rollouts, and migrations
Contribute to automation and scripting to streamline tasks
Occasional on‑call rotations and travel as needed
