Job summary

Orange Bank & Trust Company is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to design, administer, and continuously improve workplace technology with a primary focus on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and end-user computing solutions.

This role acts as a technical authority, bridging strategy and execution by translating business needs into engineered IT solutions and providing senior escalation support while collaborating with cybersecurity, infrastructure and business teams to deliver a modern digital

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred.
Azure and O365 administration experience required.
Cisco routers and switches configuration knowledge.

Responsibilities

Owns admin, configuration, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Entra ID).
Designs governance, security, and lifecycle management standards for M365.
Administers Cisco devices and monitors IT infrastructure for reliability and security.
Architects scalable, compliant IT solutions and documents policies and procedures.
Provides senior-level escalation support and partners with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.
