Job summary

The Town of Hudson is seeking a Systems & Network Administrator to configure, manage, and secure on‑premises and cloud environments. You will oversee M365 services, enforce MFA/SSO, and support server, virtualization, and enterprise networking across departments including Police and Fire.

Key duties include administering Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Barracuda security, and CrowdStrike, while collaborating with the CIO on cybersecurity and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Three+ years administering Microsoft 365 enterprise environments including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware, hyperconverged infrastructure, and enterprise networking.
• Experience with EDR and ITDR platforms such as CrowdStrike.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Provision user accounts, licenses, and manage group structures within Entra ID; oversee access controls and feature updates.
• Support and maintain HPE SimpliVity and VMware infrastructure; design and support network infrastructure across departments.
• Implement MFA/SSO/Conditional Access; monitor email security and backups; audit security events and compliance.
