SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking a skilled M365 Systems Administrator to manage and optimize the Microsoft stack including M365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune. The role focuses on enterprise endpoint patch management and IT change management within a hybrid environment with in-office days in San Diego, CA (with additional discussions for Edison, NJ or Bend, OR).

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a M365 Systems Administrator or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, M365, Intune, AutoPilot, Defender ATP, etc.
• Powershell scripting and automation experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL change management and CAB processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Entra ID and M365 tenant: provisioning, shared mailboxes, groups, permissions, security roles.
• Collaborate with cloud and network admins for end-user computing efficiency.
• Patch management for endpoints using third-party tools; build SOPs and runbooks.
• Create technical docs for implementations and changes; assist end-user docs.
• Support M&A migrations for Microsoft 365 workloads and tenant alignment.
• Develop monitoring, reporting dashboards, and compliance reporting for patching.
• Submit change management requests (Freshservice) and participate in CAB discussions.
• Maintain Intune device policies, Autopilot deployment profiles, and Defender configurations.
