Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer to administer and optimize the company’s M365 environment and related cloud platforms. You will manage Entra ID, MFA, and Intune, while coordinating with Security, Networking, and Business teams to ensure secure, reliable cloud services and enterprise application integration.

The role requires strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and identity governance, plus proficiency in SAML/OAuth/OpenID

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum 5 years IT experience with emphasis on Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and identity integrations.
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and enterprise authentication platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer, optimize, and support M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID lifecycle, authentication, conditional access policies, and MFA.
Administer and support Intune for device enrollment and compliance policies.
Design and support authentication integrations using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Oversee identity synchronization between on-premises AD and cloud services; troubleshoot federation.
Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Business teams to ensure secure cloud services and data governance.
