Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Microsoft 365 Security & Intune Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based security and identity solutions.

You will focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and related security tech, delivering automation, governance, and strong troubleshooting to keep our environments secure and compliant.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide leadership on projects, and document configurations and standards.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Microsoft cloud experience.
• Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
• Intune and Autopilot experience.
• Azure AD/Entra ID and hybrid AD experience.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong security and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Security engineering and solutions.
• Manage Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management.
• Oversee Identity & Access Management initiatives.
• Drive automation and process improvement.
• Handle patching, backup, and recovery management.
• Provide technical leadership and project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and governance.
