Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer to administer, optimize, and support the company’s M365 environment, cloud platforms, identity services, and collaboration technologies.

You will work with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Business teams to ensure secure, reliable cloud services, identity management, authentication, and enterprise application integration across Tower Loan’s hybrid environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience administering M365, Entra ID, and related cloud technologies.
Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments and enterprise authentication platforms preferred.
Microsoft certifications related to M365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Security, or related technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and support M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
Manage Entra ID lifecycle, authentication, and conditional access.
Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and compliance.
Design and support identity integrations using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM.
Coordinate identity synchronization between on-premises AD, Entra ID, cloud services, and third parties.
Configure licensing, DLP, and Purview compliance features.
Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Business teams; assist with AWS administration.
Participate in migrations, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.
Create technical documentation and maintain baselines.
Provide after-hours support as needed.
