Job summary

Insight is seeking an Architect II - Modern Workplace to design and govern Microsoft 365 solutions. You will lead sessions with stakeholders, translate needs into architectures, and drive deployment across Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Collaboration with IT and security is essential to maintain governance and performance.

You’ll stay ahead of features in the M365 roadmap, mentor engineers, and help shape user enablement materials while pursuing ongoing education in new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/technology or equivalent technical experience.
• 3–5+ years experience in a supervisory or team/project lead capacity.
• Advanced understanding of M365 administration, governance, and security concepts.
• Experience in large enterprise IT environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation of M365 solutions, Copilot integrations, SharePoint structures.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical designs.
• Manage configuration, customization, migration, and deployment within Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure governance and performance.
• Contribute to architecture diagrams, governance docs, and user enablement materials.
• Troubleshoot M365 applications and stay current with AI capabilities in Copilot.
