Job summary

Clearway Energy is seeking a skilled M365 Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Entra/AD integration. This role focuses on secure, scalable, and compliant collaboration solutions across the enterprise.

The candidate will build governance, automation, and monitoring to improve productivity and ensure high availability in a hybrid IT environment.

Qualifications

Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
Proficient scripting and CLI skills (PowerShell, Python)
Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
M365 Security and Compliance portal expertise
SSL certificate management knowledge
Office applications integration with SharePoint Online

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services and Power Platform
Manage SharePoint Online sites, hubs, permissions, content types, and information architecture
Provide engineering support for complex Microsoft Entra/AD topologies in a hybrid environment
Coordinate with Compliance to align IT processes with regulatory requirements
Maintain Disaster Recovery Plan and ensure monitoring solutions for availability
Develop automation and self-service capabilities with PowerShell and Power Platform
Support Power Platform environments and incident handling through Service Desk escalation
Drive adoption of M365 roadmap and new tools across the organization
