Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks an M365 Automation & SharePoint Solutions Engineer to support enterprise modernization initiatives in Washington, D.C. The role blends workflow automation, cloud migration, and application modernization across SharePoint Online and Power Platform.

Hybrid work is available, with a focus on delivering scalable M365 solutions for the DOJ program. The candidate will work with SPFx, React, PowerShell, and Power BI to drive modernization initiatives and collaborate with

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in IT and solutions engineering.
4+ years hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Strong experience with SharePoint Server/SharePoint Online administration and development.
Expertise in PowerShell automation, JavaScript, React, SPFx, and modernization projects.
Experience migrating legacy SharePoint workflows to cloud-based Power Platform solutions.
Experience supporting large-scale SharePoint migrations and modernization initiatives.
Knowledge of Dataverse, APIs, dashboards, and modern M365 architecture.
Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-200, PL-100, MS-600 preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Scrum best practices.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methods and continuous improvement.
Manage project planning, risk mitigation, and release delivery across initiatives.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to communicate status and priorities.
Lead Agile transformation efforts and mentor junior practitioners.
