Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT and solutions engineering.
• 4+ years hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Strong experience with SharePoint Server/SharePoint Online administration and development.
• Expertise in PowerShell automation, JavaScript, React, SPFx, and modernization projects.
• Experience migrating legacy SharePoint workflows to cloud-based Power Platform solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale SharePoint migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, APIs, dashboards, and modern M365 architecture.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-200, PL-100, MS-600 preferred.

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an M365 Automation & SharePoint Solutions Engineer. This job is located in Washington D.C. and will be Hybrid. The M365 Automation & SharePoint Solutions Engineer will support enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 modernization initiatives through workflow automation, application modernization, and cloud migration efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SPFx, React, PowerShell, and Power BI in Washington D.C. supporting a DOJ Program.

Responsibilities of the M365 Automation & SharePoint Solutions Engineer include:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives while ensuring Scrum best practices are followed.
• Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum, Kanban, Lean principles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage project planning, risk mitigation, dependency coordination, release planning, and delivery tracking across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to communicate project status, remove impediments, and align priorities with organizational goals.
• Lead Agile transformation efforts, mentor junior Agile practitioners, and promote high-performing, self-organizing teams.

Qualifications for the M365 Automation & SharePoint Solutions Engineer include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Strong experience administering and developing solutions within SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online environments.
• Expertise in PowerShell automation, JavaScript, React, SPFx, and SharePoint application modernization.
• Experience converting legacy SharePoint Designer workflows, forms, and applications into cloud-based Power Platform solutions.
• Experience supporting SharePoint Server to SharePoint Online migrations and large-scale platform modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, API integrations, enterprise dashboard development, and modern M365 solution architecture.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; Microsoft certifications including PL-400, PL-200, PL-100, and MS-600 are highly preferred.

Compensation for the M365 Automation & SharePoint Solutions Engineer:

• Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 *depending on experience*
