Focus on governance, automation, and enterprise infrastructure, collaborating with security and application teams to ensure secure, scalable operations. The role requires hands-on administration across Microsoft cloud and on-premises technologies, with ongoing support for AI initiatives and CRM modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III) of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Hands-on experience administering: Microsoft 365; Exchange Online; Microsoft Entra ID; Hybrid Active Directory; Power Platform.
• Experience managing Power Platform governance, security, environment management, and licensing.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with On-Premises Active Directory; Entra ID; Third-Party Enterprise Systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience creating and enforcing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience supporting Linux servers and application hosting environments.
• Experience with IIS, system monitoring, patch management, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure change management and operational best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, new feature implementation, and service optimization initiatives.

Luna Data Solutions is seeking an M365 Administrator (Power Platform & Infrastructure) for a 12 month contract in Austin TX.

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Residency Requirement: Must reside in the State of Texas at time of the submittal

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a Microsoft 365 Administrator with strong experience in identity management, platform governance, automation, and enterprise systems administration. This individual should be equally comfortable managing Entra ID and Hybrid Active Directory environments, administering Power Platform governance controls, developing PowerShell automation, and supporting enterprise infrastructure services.

Experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to support the administration, governance, security, automation, and operational management of enterprise Microsoft technologies. This role will support internal initiatives related to Power Platform, AI enablement, CRM modernization, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Possess strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Hybrid Active Directory, Power Platform governance, PowerShell automation, and enterprise systems administration. This individual will work closely with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of critical business systems.

This position requires both strategic platform governance and hands-on administration across Microsoft cloud and on-premises technologies.
