Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for CADP students, faculty, registrars, and external stakeholders.
• Manage student registrations, withdrawals, completions, graduations, and enrollment records.
• Build and maintain student electronic records and folders.
• Process and track transcripts, transfer credit requests, and academic documentation.
• Provide student onboarding support and coordinate account access.
• Coordinate with AU Registrar offices and educational support organizations.
• Develop and maintain FAQs, guides, and student resource materials.
• Track student progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Support LMS, student information systems, and related platforms.
• Provide technical assistance and customer service to students and faculty.

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time CADP Student Services Specialist at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL. This position supports the Civilian Leadership Development School (CLDS) Civilian Associate Degree Program (CADP) through student lifecycle management, records administration, customer support, enrollment processing, and program coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for CADP students, faculty, registrars, and external stakeholders.
• Manage student registrations, withdrawals, completions, graduations, and enrollment records.
• Build and maintain student electronic records and folders.
• Process and track transcripts, transfer credit requests, and academic documentation.
• Provide student onboarding support and coordinate account access.
• Coordinate with AU Registrar offices and educational support organizations.
• Develop and maintain FAQs, guides, and student resource materials.
• Track student progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Support LMS, student information systems, and related platforms.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Two (2) years of educational administrative experience in a secondary or post-secondary educational environment.
• Experience maintaining student records and academic information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and Student Information Systems.
• Strong written, verbal, customer service, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Air University, CADP, or military education programs.
• Experience with student enrollment and registrar functions.
• Knowledge of AFVEC, AFAEMS, or similar education management systems.
• Experience supporting adult learners in virtual learning environments.
