Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or approved degree/experience equivalency.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in LMS administration, instructional design, or e-learning development.
• Experience building online courses, modules, assessments, and learning activities within an LMS.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience developing instructional materials, manuals, guides, and job aids.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other virtual learning platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and curriculum development tools.

Responsibilities

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time M&ST / CFD LMS and Systems Design Specialist at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL.

• This position is contingent upon the award of a federal contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Learning Management Systems and related training technologies.
• Upload, update, and manage course content within LMS platforms.
• Build online learning modules, assessments, and learner activities.
• Develop student manuals, instructional guides, job aids, and training videos.
• Maintain current course content and implement approved revisions.
• Provide LMS guidance and technical support to instructors and course directors.
