Job summary

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is seeking a full-time M&ST / CFD LMS and Systems Design Specialist at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL. This position is contingent upon federal contract award and involves configuring and supporting LMS platforms, developing online modules, and providing training support.

The role requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of LMS experience, and strong knowledge of instructional design principles and authoring tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or approved degree/experience equivalency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in LMS administration, instructional design, or e-learning development.
• Experience building online courses, modules, assessments, and learning activities within an LMS.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience developing instructional materials, manuals, guides, and job aids.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other virtual learning platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and curriculum development tools.
• Preferred: Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard or comparable LMS systems.
• Experience with Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent authoring tools.
• Federal or military training support experience.
• Advanced instructional technology or e-learning development expertise.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Learning Management Systems and related training technologies.
• Upload, update, and manage course content within LMS platforms.
• Build online learning modules, assessments, and learner activities.
• Develop student manuals, instructional guides, job aids, and training videos.
• Maintain current course content and implement approved revisions.
• Provide LMS guidance and technical support to instructors and course directors.
• Analyze stakeholder requirements and recommend LMS-based solutions.
• Support virtual learning platforms and integrations.
• Ensure course functionality, accessibility, and compliance with established standards.
• Assist with reporting, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
