Job summary

TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico is seeking a TMPR-M and R Coordinator to manage maintenance and repair costs, vendor relationships, and asset records at our Jacksonville terminal. You will oversee invoicing, warranties, and telematics, ensuring alignment with budgets and safety standards.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, and strong communication to coordinate across departments and ensure timely, compliant M&R activities within our fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of M&R experience.
• Degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education / experience.
• Ability to lead, plan and manage costs within budget.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and approve M&R invoices.
• Ensure M&R costs align with the plan and budget.
• Explain cost variances and maintain M&R documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with departments and vendors.
• Oversee inventory, warranties, and telematics for M&R.
• Provide after-hours support for third-party monitoring when needed.
• Maintain fleet service records in EAM and OTR systems.
