Job summary

UNFPA seeks an experienced M&E Associate to strengthen monitoring and evaluation operations within the Country Office M&E function. You will review partner workplans and quarterly progress reports, maintain monitoring platforms, track last-mile supply distributions, and support evaluation activities to ensure evidence-based decision-making across intervention areas.

Under the supervision of the M&E Analyst, you will coordinate with programme teams, Gaza focal points, and partners in the occupied

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, or related field.
• Seven years of hands-on experiences in monitoring and evaluation, conducting research, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in M&E data tools such as Kobo Toolbox, Excel dashboards, Google Looker Studio, and UN/UNFPA platforms like Quantum+.
• Experience with field verification, beneficiary tracking and post-distribution monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Review partners’ workplans and quarterly progress reports to ensure alignment with milestones.
• Maintain monitoring platforms and oversee monthly monitoring data quality.
• Support survey design and data collection using Kobo, Google Forms, and templates.
• Track last-mile supply distributions and verify beneficiary reach with partners and non-partners.
• Organize orientation sessions and contribute to quarterly donor reporting.
