Job summary

UNICEF in Washington, DC, seeks a Programme Specialist to lead results-based management, monitoring and donor reporting for the Health Emergency Preparedness and Response (HEPR) team. The role requires coordinating indicators, data collection, and reporting across headquarters, regional and country offices.

Under supervision, you will support grant oversight, partnerships, and knowledge management, ensuring timely, accurate information for donors and stakeholders in a fast‑paced humanitarian

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in social sciences, public administration, international law, public health, nutrition, international relations, business administration, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead results-based management, programme monitoring, donor reporting and planning, monitoring and evaluation activities for HEPR.
• Coordinate results frameworks, indicators and data collection systems; analyse programme progress.
• Track performance and risks; consolidate high‑quality internal and external reports for donors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PPR and PFP to support grant oversight, partnership engagement and knowledge management.
