Job summary

Dayforce is a global HCM company seeking a Strategic Initiatives Senior to support KPI tracking, reporting, and program operations across an active M&A and transformation portfolio. You will maintain data and dashboards, coordinating across Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, and Operations to keep cycles on schedule, and translate updates for leadership.

You will gain exposure to live deals, executive reporting, and cross-functional problem-solving with a clear growth path toward greater ownership

Qualifications

• Three to five years of professional experience in project coordination, financial or operational reporting, program management, or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Track KPI frameworks and performance metrics across the M&A and transformation portfolios, ensuring data is accurate and audit-ready.
• Prepare bi-weekly and monthly reporting for active deals and initiatives, consolidating inputs from multiple workstreams into clear formats for leadership.
• Maintain trackers, RAID logs, action item lists, and integration workplans.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards, status decks, and executive-ready summaries that distill multi-workstream information for quick understanding.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, and Operations to gather updates and resolve data gaps.
• Support governance meetings, steering committee updates, and workstream check-ins with agenda and follow-up tracking.
• Identify opportunities to simplify recurring reporting and reduce manual effort across deals.
• Conduct ad hoc data pulls and analyses to support leadership decisions.
