Job summary

WM is seeking a senior Corporate Business Development leader to oversee the due diligence process for complex acquisitions, typically 10M+, from LOI through close. You will coordinate with WM's internal stakeholders and external Sellers to drive timelines, scope, and information needs.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder skills to deliver a comprehensive investment assessment and a seamless post-close transition to the Integration Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the area BD due diligence through LOI to close with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate Seller and WM stakeholders across multiple functions during diligence.
• Own deal timeline, scope, information requirements, and decision process.
• Synthesize diligence findings into a cohesive investment assessment.
