Riveron is seeking a seasoned M&A Advisory professional to drive financial analysis across deal cycles. You will draft EBITDA tables, manage due diligence, and guide teams through working capital assessments and tax considerations.

This role emphasizes client relationship building and problem solving. Applicants typically have 5+ years of deal experience, with a strong background in QoE, NWC, and cash flow analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of transaction experience focused on quality of earnings, net working capital, and cash flows.
• Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to get the job done and have fun doing it.
• Thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing work environment.
• Identify problems and instinctively seek solutions.
• Demonstrate analytical rigor and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Use financial acumen, including GAAP, to assist clients on financial and tax issues in M&A transactions.
• Draft EBITDA tables with supporting calculations and net working capital analysis.
• Lead management meetings for due diligence projects.
• Highlight risks and opportunities in gross margins, working capital, or synergy assessments.
• Coordinate and manage engagements throughout the transaction life cycle.
• Coach and develop junior team members and foster a team-based culture.
