Job summary

Riveron is seeking a seasoned professional with a background in accounting and M&A to support buy-side and sell-side due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning. You will draft EBITDA tables, analyze net working capital, and lead due diligence meetings with clients across various industries.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, excellent communication, and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of transaction experience focused on quality of earnings, net working capital, and cash flows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required by client location and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Apply GAAP knowledge to assist clients on financial and tax issues in M&A.
• Draft EBITDA tables with supporting calculations and net working capital analysis.
• Lead management meetings for due diligence projects.
• Highlight risks and opportunities in gross margins and working capital.
• Coordinate and manage engagements throughout the transaction life cycle.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture.
