Job summary

Riveron is hiring for an M&A advisory role in Miami, leveraging deep financial acumen to support clients through the transaction lifecycle. You will develop EBITDA analyses, manage due diligence, and guide junior team members while coordinating across multiple engagements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting with at least five years of related experience, including two in transaction-focused work on earnings quality, cash flows, and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of transaction experience focused on quality of earnings, net working capital, and cash flows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required by client location.

Responsibilities

• Use GAAP knowledge to assist clients on financial and tax issues in M&A transactions.
• Draft EBITDA tables with supporting calculations and net working capital analysis.
• Lead management meetings for due diligence projects.
• Highlight risks and opportunities in gross margins, working capital requirements, or synergy assessments.
• Coordinate and manage engagements through the transaction life cycle.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
