Job summary

Blue Ops Partners is seeking a Manager on the M&A Transaction Advisory team to own client engagements end-to-end, lead data modeling, and drive AI-enabled analytics. You will coach Associates and Senior Associates while coordinating plan, timeline, and budget with clients and project leads.

You will oversee multiple engagements, manage team dynamics, and present the story the data reveals in client rooms, ensuring high-quality deliverables and responsible engagement economics across diverse deal

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in transaction advisory, financial diligence, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or consulting.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred; CFA or MBA a plus.
• Track record of leading client engagements from kickoff through delivery.
• Experience managing and developing professional teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, or SQL preferred.
• Experience supporting Quality of Earnings, financial diligence, or M&A transactions — particularly the data modeling and analytics behind them.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement as the primary contact and lead the data modeling and analytics.
• Scope new engagements by mapping plan, timeline, and budget with the client and project lead.
• Lead the modeling team, ensuring the right people tackle the right problems and mitigating risk.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and coach junior staff to raise team capabilities.
