Job summary

Blue Ops Partners in Chicago seeks a Manager to own client engagements on the M&A Transaction Advisory team. You will lead modeling and data work, manage the engagement plan and budget, and serve as the primary client contact while coaching Associates and Senior Associates.

With 5–10 years of experience in transaction advisory or related fields, you’ll leverage advanced Excel and financial modeling, and apply AI-driven analytics to deliver deal-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Lead multiple concurrent engagements and manage client relationships.
• Coach junior team members and develop professionals on the project.
• Demonstrate advanced financial analysis, modeling, and Excel skills; apply AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement end-to-end: scope, plan, timeline, and budget.
• Lead the modeling and data work; assign the right resources to the right problems.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients; coach Associates and Senior Associates.
