Blue Ops Partners is seeking a Manager on its M&A Transaction Advisory team, owning engagements end-to-end and leading the model development and analytics that drive deal-quality insights.

You will coach Associates, allocate resources, and ensure timely, accurate client deliverables while leveraging AI tools to sharpen outcomes. This hands-on leadership role requires client-facing skills and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in transaction advisory, financial diligence, or related fields.
• CPA strongly preferred; CFA or MBA a plus.
• Experience leading client engagements from kickoff through delivery.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with Power BI or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end-to-end from scope to delivery.
• Lead data modeling and analytics to transform financials into deal-ready outputs.
• Coach Associates and Senior Associates to improve team performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients.
