Job summary

PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking a TAS Manager to lead financial due diligence engagements across M&A activity. You will oversee QoE reviews, working capital and cash flow analyses, and coordinate with deal teams, bankers, and counsel. Strong CPA and US GAAP proficiency required.

The role emphasizes client contact, strategy development with partners, and mentoring junior staff, while supporting practice growth and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance required.
• MBA, CFA or other advanced credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from planning through delivery.
• Oversee QoE, Net Working Capital, Cash Flow analyses and debt-like items.
• Present findings to clients, investors, and deal teams.
• Mentor and develop Supervisors and Analysts; manage staffing and budgets.
