We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. The TAS Senior Associate plays a key role in supporting and executing financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transaction-related matters. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid accounting foundation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with Managers and Partners.
The Senior Associate is expected to be highly hands‑on, client‑facing, and increasingly responsible for reviewing junior staff work and contributing to engagement planning.
The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 - $115,00. Compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications.
