Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product architecture, software engineering, or platform engineering.
• 6+ years evaluating architecture, cloud environments, APIs and data flows.
• 3+ years with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize technology strategy and select tools to meet client requirements.
• Evaluate software products and platforms for scalability, debt and risk.
• Assess architecture quality, technical debt, and platform readiness for growth.
• Lead diligence engagements for buy-side, sell-side, and carve-out scenarios.
• Translate findings into concise diligence outputs for senior stakeholders.
