Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Product Architect Manager to join the Technology Diligence practice within our M&A TS&D offering. You will oversee assessments of target technology architectures, validate growth readiness, and shape post-close priorities at the intersection of technology and transaction strategy.

As a manager, you will synthesize technology strategy, evaluate architecture quality and platform scalability, and present findings to senior stakeholders, including private equity

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in product architecture, software engineering, or enterprise architecture
• Experience evaluating product architecture, cloud environments, APIs, data flows, and infrastructure dependencies
• Experience modernizing complex software products and digital platforms
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required

Responsibilities

• Assess target technology architecture for M&A diligence to inform transaction decisions
• Synthesize technology strategy and report outputs for clients
• Evaluate software products, platforms, and engineering environments for risks and value creation
• Present findings to senior stakeholders including PE investors and client executives
• Lead projects or workstreams and mentor team members
• Coordinate across multiple work streams and manage scope changes
