Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Product Architect Manager within our Technology Diligence practice to guide M&A decisions at the intersection of technology and business strategy. You will evaluate architecture, cloud environments, and product scalability for acquisition targets and portfolio companies.

Lead engagements with PE and corporate clients, translate technical findings into business insights, and collaborate across diligence workstreams to shape post-close priorities and value creation.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in product architecture, software engineering, or platform engineering.
• Experience evaluating product architecture, cloud environments, APIs, and data flows.
• Designing or modernizing complex software products and digital platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize technology strategy and select relevant tools to meet client requirements.
• Evaluate software products, platforms, and ecosystems for strength and risks.
• Assess architecture quality, technical debt, and scalability.
• Lead diligence engagements for buy-side, sell-side, and carve-out scenarios.
