Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Technology Diligence Product Architect Manager to help assess the product and technology architecture of acquisition targets and portfolio companies for informed transaction decisions.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to corporate and PE clients, working in a fast-paced, roll-up-your-sleeves culture, with responsibilities spanning architecture assessments, risk evaluation, and value creation recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field with 6+ years in consulting/industry; MBA optional with 4+ years experience.
• Experience evaluating product architecture, platforms, cloud environments, APIs, data flows, and infrastructure dependencies.
• Experience designing or modernizing complex software products and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize technology strategy across diverse solutions to meet client requirements and report outputs.
• Evaluate software products, platforms, engineering environments, and ecosystems for strengths and risks.
• Assess architecture quality, debt, and scalability; identify post-close implications.
