Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; or a graduate degree with 2 years of related experience.
• CPA or JD/LLM required.
• 2+ years of work-related experience in a mid to large-size professional services firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Partners on client and engagement matters.
• Model financial transactions for valuation, structuring and negotiation.
• Prepare memoranda and presentations describing client attributes.
• Assist in review of tax aspects of acquisition and merger agreements.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities and advise on tax strategies for transactions.
• Analyze tax computations in financial models and projections.
