Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
  • CPA preferred; if not CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in state of employment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • Previous experience in a public accounting firm or law firm preferred.
  • Experience in tax due diligence and M&A tax consulting preferred.
  • Ability to understand problems, think critically, research and identify creative solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions/departments/teams and build relationships.
  • Self-directed professional and proactive in growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 15%.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies across industries.
  • Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings.
  • Create draft reports for management review.
  • Research issues that arise during engagements.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
