Ernst & Young is seeking an Analyst for USA - Tax - ITTS - Transaction (M&A) Tax Advisory. The role supports buy- and sell-side tax processes across a global client base, with expertise in strategy, structuring, and tax modeling. Strong academics and US bar readiness are essential.

You’ll join EY’s ITTS team, gaining exposure to cross-border deals and comprehensive tax guidance, while working in a hybrid model from major U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing LL.M. in Taxation or JD with strong academic record
• US state bar membership expected or attained
• Excellent English writing and communications skills with business fluency

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence on acquisition targets to analyze risks and benefits
• Collaborate with tax teams worldwide to share data and oversee deadlines
• Manage the engagement process from start to finish
• Develop acquisition and disposition structures for domestic and international transactions
• Evaluate tax aspects of financial models
• Draft technical documents and presentations with authoritative tax findings
