Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence on acquisition targets and assess risks and benefits.
• Collaborate with EY tax teams worldwide; share data and track deadlines.
• Manage the engagement process from start to finish.
• Develop acquisition and disposition structures for domestic and international deals.
• Evaluate tax implications in financial models.
• Draft technical documents and present findings to managers and clients.
