Leoforce in New York, NY seeks an experienced Senior Associate - M&A Tax Advisory to join our specialized transaction advisory practice. You will work on tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-merger integration for middle-market and large acquisitions.

The ideal candidate has a master's degree (Accounting/Taxation), JD, or tax LL.M. with at least 2 years in relevant tax work, plus exposure to private equity or corporate transactions.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-merger integration
• Or corporate tax, Big Law environment, or federal tax background and a desire to move into M&A tax
• Experience supporting private equity, institutional investor, or corporate transactions
• Proven experience planning and executing complex projects, including budget management and prioritization
