Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced advisory professional in New York to develop and deliver transaction advisory services for private equity and corporate clients. You will work with partners to manage engagements, model transactions, and prepare detailed analyses.

The role requires a CPA or JD/LLM and 5+ years in a mid-to-large professional services firm, strong communication, and robust MS Office skills.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field; or a graduate degree with 4 years of related work experience.
5+ years of work related experience in a mid to large size professional services firm.
CPA or JD/LLM required.
Strong written communication and commitment to client service with urgency and quality.

Mansioni

Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
Model financial transactions for valuation, structuring and negotiation.
Prepare memoranda and presentations describing key attributes of client companies and industries.
Assist in the review and analysis of tax aspects of acquisition and merger agreements; draft tax opinions and memoranda.
Identify and analyze tax risks and opportunities; advise on tax strategies for acquisitions, dispositions and restructuring.
Review tax computations in financial models and assist in quantitative/qualitative tax data analysis.
