Job summary

BKF Engineers in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Systems Engineer - M&A Integration to lead technical integration of acquired companies into BKF's cloud ecosystem, focusing on Microsoft 365, identity, collaboration, and security controls.

You will perform migrations across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive-to-Box, manage Entra ID and AD, and support ongoing hypercare; travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with tenant, email, collaboration-platform, or enterprise IT migrations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, identity synchronization, MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint-management platforms.
• Experience supporting endpoint readiness and user onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical integration activities for acquired companies per BKF standards.
• Migrate to BKF platforms including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive-to-Box.
• Support migrations from Google Workspace and other environments.
• Handle identity and access integration (Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA, conditional access).
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to gather technical info.
• Follow migration runbooks, cutover plans, validation, rollback, and hypercare processes.
• Troubleshoot issues during migration, cutover, and stabilization.
• Document environments, migrations, configurations, risks, and status.
